We collect the name, email address, Indian mobile number, delivery details and order information you provide. If you contact us, we also retain the content of your enquiry.
How we use it
We use this information to verify checkout, process and deliver orders, provide essential service updates, prevent fraud, support customers and meet legal or accounting obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Payments and service providers
Payments and payment authentication are handled by Razorpay. SAJUVIA does not receive or store your full card, UPI PIN or banking credentials. We share only the information required for payment, delivery and essential store operations with contracted providers.
Retention and choices
Order records are retained for legal, tax and support purposes. Enquiries are kept only as long as reasonably required. You may ask us to correct or delete eligible information through the contact page.
